This list isn’t accurate. England has 20 to 24 teams per league across 4 “pro” leagues. Each team requires 8+ homegrown players (understood you don’t have to be English to be homegrown) but let’s say 4 of them are English per team… that’s already 80 in the premier league. You do the maths.
Given there's well over 100 full time professional clubs and at least another 600 semi professional clubs in England alone. I can safely say that this list is bullshit.
The fact that Saudi Arabia is in the list tells you that professional does mot mean good but just paid. ( and I do think this list cannot be just mean professional players but in the countries top league or something like that)
