    Without condoning his unacceptable behaviour, what the hell is with the 10mph limit? Babies, think about the 16-yr old babies who might be checking their Instagram when crossing in front of a car coming at 25 mph. Small children are/should be accompanied and those over 12 should be paying attention to crossings and vehicles. Safeteism is reaching crazy levels.
