Busquets -> Cifu … well, I am a fing loser named wiebe and since I don't want it to be a pk well than it's not because i'm an outer fort lauderdale fanboy. what's your logic here wiebe? it's clear contact so how is it not a pk?
omg wiebe now I know why MLS let you go …. so tedious
Weeby is more inconsistent than these horrible mls refs. It’s a joke at this point 😂. Please MLS.. give us anyone but weeby for these reviews. Give us some sort or logical consistency.
I am a Sounders fan so I despise Portland. However, I feel like the defender basically got brake checked at 3:23. What is a defender supposed to do when an attacker lunges in front of them and stops while making a half hearted attempt to kick the ball and looking more interested in falling?
agian, at 5:56, a dramatic fall with almost no contact from a defender. MLS is like Oprah. You get penalty, you get a penalty, you get a red card!!!
Where is the yellow card for a dive at 8:05? MLS must start yellow card pathetic dives like this. The defender just launches himself into a swan dive with no contact.
ha ha, no red card for a studs up karate kick in the last clip.
7:14
6 7
So DOGSO inside the box is a penalty and a yellow while DOGSO outside the box is a red?
That makes no sense. Why not just give a yellow and a pen wherever it happens on the pitch?
Why is this one of the best shows of all time?😂
PORvDAL It was a cynical challenge – no attempt to get the ball, a professional foul – no violent play – he charged him over from behind w/o any attempt to cleanly and legally get the ball…
5:21 The most unbelievable thing is Ben Olsen still has a job as a coach.
If anybody from Miami fell like that in the box it's be a PK. Stop with the favoritism.
What about the offside goal from the HRD?
After seeing the goalkeeper cam view on the Mukhtar DOGSO, I'm not even sure if that is a foul. Looks like they are both legally pursuing the ball, and Hany just throws himself, which arguably creates a dangerous situation for the defender. I would like to see IFAB clean that up in the guidance.
❤
That's not the correct use of the word thrice.
What about the 17+ calls in the VAN vs SEA game with no yellows in second half? Is that last scenario should have been a red what about VAN tackling Brunnel, pushing Rothrock’s head, and WWE tackling Musovski??
Bring extratime radio back
Ur so lame on PDX Dogso clear and obvious
The reason the last one wasn’t SFP was because the feet were up in the air which reduces the force. I didn’t see the game but I’m sure the was a substitution shortly after this. As the player was on the referee’s radar to find a reason for a 2nd YC.
The best telling sign of a simulation in soccer is when the player falls with his arms up in the air.
If you fall because of an external force, the time and the severity of impact is unknown so it catches you by surprise. If you are surprised, the DEFAULT human thing to do is try to protect yourself from the fall. So, you put your arms to the ground. If you put them up in the air, 99.999999% of the times, it is a premeditated fall, so a simulation.
Really embarrassing for the league to not value protecting players when you allow that foul by Aaronson on Trapp go for just a yellow. He leaves the ground with BOTH feet and flies through the challenge despite seeing the ball and knowing he's going to be late. If this foul happens later in the game I think a referee is more likely to call it a red but that's a very poor excuse; it's essentially admitting that you're only interested in protecting your players if you feel more confident it won't decide the outcome of the game. That's not acceptable.
Cynical but not egregiously cynical
Carol Ann(e) seems very reliable on VAR.❤
Nothing on the wrongly disallowed goal from Hudson River Derby really helping cover up bad decisions by refs for the league
I’ve got absolutely no love lost for Dallas, but the Portland defender should’ve been sent off.
