  1. The rule would be a good one, especially against crybabies like Ronaldo, but it would need to punish the guy who fouled too.

    Basically; if you hit the deck and stay down for more than five seconds you and whoever fouled you have to take a break for 2min.

  2. Actually a good rule. Works in most cases to prevent time wasting. Should’ve included the statistics which showed how much less time wasting there is in the MLS to the PL because of that rule
