What are your thoughts on Group D?
This to me is the closest to the group of death there is… every team will be evenly matched. Idk where people come off saying this is an easy group. I would love to say that the US here is the best team and we should breeze through, but realistically speaking, the US still has a lot of holes in their gameplay. Also, games played against these teams were friendly. Which means nothing compared to actual competitive matches. Either way, let's go US… bring your A game!

Yes technically USA should win Group D, however how they handle the pressure and spotlight of being the home country will dictate their success. Plus will there venues actually be home field advantage? USA 7 points wins Group D
Paraguay has beaten teams like Brazil before and Australia has beaten usa before easy on paper but everyone come different in the world cup usa def got the best chance though let's go usa 🇺🇸 😂😢😅

All Poch and the team have to do is play the same level of soccer as they did this last year…. (2 wins and 1 loss to their group opponents) This year was easily the worst USMNT since 2017 so advancing out of this group better be a given.
Im Romanian, and hopefully we qualify, but I know Turkey is the favorite in our bracket. But honestly its a pretty open group, yes the USA are the favorite with being at home, but they're not a top seed in this group by ranking, lets not forget that. Different USA team than in 94' but if Romania make it, Lalas probably doesn't want to be reminded of the 94' world cup getting schooled in pasadena.

Manageable group for the US, but let’s be real, with 48 teams, more than ever it all comes down to the knockout stage. 3 of 4 teams probably qualify from the group stage, just don’t be 4th and show up for the knockouts.

On paper, yea, it looks like a rigged group for the States. The problem is every team in this group has profound representation inside of America. Even the playoff teams are largely represented in the States.
