  1. They have to win a trophy but it's not gonna be enough to win a Carabao Cup or a FA Cup, it has to be the UCL or the PL. They have to at least win the PL

  2. For me, the biggest challenge now is on how, when, why, ….. to use Merino. He's distracting the impact of the attacking mid. I would suggest Eze be used through the mid when orde is out and matineli to the left and we see how it works

  3. Dahm man ain’t watched these lot for a long time and it’s still the same hahah watched talk sport the other day and same there 😂😂😂
    Must be doing something right

  4. People are so easy to blame Mikel but our players need to turn up. You can’t blame Teta if Saka or Ode or Gyokeres or Eze has a bad game. Players have to do the work as much as the coach

  5. As much as some fans might not like to hear it – Henry is right, we need to win something. Premier League, Champions League – we right now, are not a big club, we cant pretend we are when we havent won anything, its been too long, if we want to be in those discussions again, makd those arguments, get respect from everyone – we need to win something, validate what we are doing. Otherwise what we are doing, is nice but doesnt mean anything.

  6. I dont understand the henry hate here. I know arteta has taken us from banter club to back at the top, competing for all honors but we've come 2nd 3 times in a row now. There has to be improvement, we havent won anything in 5 years, im sorry but if he doesnt win anything this season again, he should be gone

  7. Arsenal don't sell players because they didn't invest well for a long time.

When they dropped money on big players they didn't pan out. So the resale value wasn't there.

Given the current squad and in future they can start to do that.

  8. My fellow gunners,we don’t need to agree or disagree with our legend, but we have to go for this title. When we play Liverpool at home in January,we must win,we have to go out there for the win and actually do it,we can’t play for a 0-0.We have an unbelievable squad when everyone is fit,we must win this title.Champions League is different, you can have 15 bad minutes and you’re out in the KO,but in the league there are no excuses,I don’t care about Liverpool,we must.

  9. What do you mean it's a must Thierry? Or what? We sack Arteta? Who else would do better than what Arteta has. It would be foolish to sack him for not winning something this year.

  10. Mikel is suffering from his own success, he over preformed and now they are saying it’s make or break this season

This is the very season where the squad was truly had league winning potential

  11. Aiming for a tight draw at anfield is fine. Doing that isn't why Arsenal haven't won the league, not beating smaller teams at home is why (and Liverpool luck again and again with zero injuries). Variance is a b.

  12. Our online fanbase are victims of accepting and agreeing with the anti-Arteta narratives pushed by the media, pundits and opposition fans. Most gooners back Arteta because they understand the immense work he's done at Arsenal. He may not yet have the big accolades to prove it, but that doesn't mean he hasn't achieved anything at all with Arsenal. Not long ago, we were desperate to get back in the CL and we weren't even thinking about fighting for the title then. Now, Arteta has assembled, trained and developed our team to be a formidable force in both major competitions. We have never been so hard to beat before.

We are so close to winning trophies. Opposition fans know this, hence why they try to pile the pressure on Arteta and Arsenal to win the PL. According to them, ONLY Arsenal MUST win the PL. Only our spending is highlighted, yet Chelsea, Utd, City, Liverpool have spent a lot more after Wenger's departure, along with City and Chelsea cooking their books and cheating. Arteta is the best manager to win us imminent trophies and will be the best man to take us forward thereafter. Keep believing gooners!
