They are NOT used to adversity, a couple tragic losses in a row turned into trauma, now every time City are in a clutch situation or leading, the trauma of past blown leads and chokes fires up, they start thinking too much, worrying, tensing up, and their passes become sloppier, decisions worse or indecisive, so every 50/50 the opposing team has an advantage, their opponents are more present in the moment and more likely to score, and they are too arrogant to admit that they are mentally weak, and scared in those moments, so nothing changes. It's clear, its a serious case of choker's histeria.
