  1. The point is giving everyone an opportunity to succeed is opportunity. Hiring an individual just because they have a particular skin color and just say there has to be more people "people of color" in executive and management positions just because is counter productive. Placing capable individuals that have skills to do a specific task well is the goal. The emphasis on skin color will loose out to hiring the most qualified. Franchises essentially are interested in hiring individuals that are the best at what they do because in the end the color that matters to any business is green.

  2. As a former vet and a military kid I could totally relate to being separated from a parent for as much as a year. It was hard. Best to Titi!

  3. I guess he got bored with mls. It not the same excitement and adrenaline as it would be for managing Arsenal in premier league/champions league/europa 😂

    Add to that montreal horrible very cold artic 6 month winter. And very humid 30 degrees summer while the city is not well adapted for very warm weather 😂 at least London they have a short sweet winter where it snow only for like 3 4 weeks only. And the summer heat is moderate for most summer 😅
