I think in this case Thierry is too close to Xavi to be absolutely bias. Flick has obviously transformed this team. Raphinha is a totally different player, Lewandoski finding his place, and everyone is on form. The team plays so much more vertical…I absolutely loved Xavi and wanted him to succeed, but it was painful to watch…Flick is tone of the best thing that has happened to this club in a while.
Xavi is underrated as a manager ❤. He gave us this team ❤
I disagree with Henry because, Xavi spent 2 years but he never had a starting 11 players. There's a big difference between Xavi and Flick especially when it comes to style of play and tactics. Flick is more direct and consistent as compared to Xavi when it comes to results. I respect you as a legend but, this disagree with you one this analysis of Xavi bro

Xavi surely promoted these players to the first team but i don’t really think he could do the same job as flick right now, he was obviously lacking experience to bring out the best in these young talented players
I rarely disagree with Henry, but to attribute much of any of this is a logical fallacy. It's obvious xavi who coached all these players before that he had some level of impact, but to pretend it would have been impossible without xavi just doesn't seem like it's the case to me. There is always a coach before and had this been someone who isnt a club icon and teammate of Henry he wouldn't be saying this in my mind

I think xavi laid a very good foundation for this hansi flick's team. Xavi came in as a coach of the Barcelona team in difficult times and remembered that xavi is an inexperienced coach. So criticizing xavi is not an ideal thing and both xavi and hansi had different opinions on playing style. And now Barcelona needs hansi playing style. So we got it and doing it in absolute fashion
So Xavi would be a great coach for the youth team. But he was terrible as head coach. As a Madrid fan I miss him. Come back mi amor
