I think a lot of people in this comment section really misunderstand the comment about Olise by Thierry. He didnt say that Olise should be in the Prem, because the Prem is better than Bayern München. You have to also understand the sentence before that in which he says "I dont understand how they could let him leave" meaning he is criticizing that no Prem team tried to buy him last year. He does in no way comment on Bayern being worse than the Prem, he actually applauds Bayern by saying good for them, but he is sad that no prem club tried to buy him last year, which is a fair point imo. I think he should have said "Olise should have been in the Prem, because he already was there, but sadly no Prem club saw his potential, so good for Bayern for buying him and seeing the potential." I fully believe that he meant exactly that and dont think there was any disrespect intended. Especially not from Thierry, who is by all accounts a great and fair dude.
Olise plays not just at a world club but at Bayern, why would Olise want to go back to the AI league (=Alien Investment League)…surely not because of success, maybe because of the wage but I am sure Bayern will extend his contract and he will earn just as much as Kane and Musiala at 25mil a year.
