  1. Love both, but Yamal is just on another level to anybody in world football right now.

He had a brief dip around the time of the Nations final when he had other priorities, but he seems to be getting back to a scary level now.

There are hardly any ballers out there now, just 4-5.
Yamal, Olise, Kvara, Doue. Thats it.

Fittingly we're getting to see them all in the UCL last stages.

  2. The big question is: Why didn't any of the big premiership team buy him when he was with Crystal Palace? Bellingham was also in the premiership and no top teams gave him a look. Talking about coaches, no team in the premiership considers Vicent Company good enough when he left Burnley. And now, these 3 men have gone on to excel in the right environment where they're wanted. The English premier league top teams need to examine themselves.

  3. Too many players diving, simulating, feigning injuries, soft penalties/fouls, toenail offsides, time wasting and ridiculous V🖥️R interventions that has made football very hard to watch and not as fluid is it was from 10 years ago going back

  4. Would fit Ferland Mendy have better luck? Only guy who is good enough to defend vs Olise is Mendes. Carreras was stupid signing, he was at a mediocre Portugese club & we spent 50-60M lmao

  5. Nice accolades from Henry and Jamie on Olise.

Bayern had fun playing yesterday against Madrid at the Bernabeu. They were in control of the game until Bellingham, Militao and Diaz were subbed in.

The moment I saw the Madrid line up, I chuckled because I knew Carreras and Alex were going to struggle playing against two of the best wingers in the world right now.

Arbeloa got his tactics very wrong right from the blast of the whistle. He benched Bellingham and Diaz for largely inexperienced players.

If fit, Fran García would have been a better match for Olise than Carreras, and Carvajal would have troubled Diaz in the game. Unfortunately, both didn't even start or were subbed in to support the team while they struggled.

For over an hour, the Madrid midfield was out of sorts, largely because of the inexperience of the young lad Thiago against a solid midfield trio from Bayern. He gassed out and was struggling to make runs at a point.

Madrid literally escaped a huge bashing yesterday as it could have worse than expected if Bayern had converted their chances.
Meanwhile, Neuer was solid last night, he was literally the weapon fashioned against Madrid.

Great game, and I'm very certain that the game in Munich is already won. Bayern for semis and there's nothing Madrid, if they play the way they did last night, can do about it. 😊

  6. Out of all the sports i even somewhat follow, I find thierry to be by far the most informative commentator for telling me what a player is actually doing

  7. Referee should be penalized for not giving a crystal clear penalty for the foul on Olise. That's just unacceptable and I'm not even a Bayern fan.
