  1. let the credit go to Villa emery timed Bailey coming on to perfection he is a good manager he has cut his teeth in the prem and taking Villa to new heights with some exciting youth.
Bayern will be up for it big time in the champions league

  2. "a master of a coach who can design a game of football". i love that line. i became a Gary Neville fan just now. you have a sense for the poetry of football and you just expressed it so well. thank you for that.

  3. Liverpool WOULD have beaten Arsenal, Spurs and City but the refereeing saw to it that wasn't going to happen. Thats the issue here, no-one seems to be allowed a fair chance of beating them (they're not perfection …. it is the refereeing that fills their 'potholes').

  4. Very apt analysis. If you listen closely to this, you will understand Neuville is a very very good pundit. A lot better than Cara, It’s about the response for Arsenal. They have nothing to lose vs Bayern as they are now underdogs and expected to be knocked out. I say go there and try your best! Sometimes it’s better when all of the pressure aren’t on your team’s shoulders.

  5. People need to remember it's called "The Gary Neville Podcast". Obviously he will talk about Man Utd. Get a Villa legend doing a podcast and they will mention Villa. Going to be how it is.

  6. As a city fan I can honestly say it ain’t over till it’s over city have been in this position many times and managed to overtake teams and win so I’m not writing anyone off yet

  7. I think the way city play the game leaves them with more energy than liverpool and arsenal at the end of the season. Its almost boring how much they control games unless its arsenal or liverpool playing them, and it doesnt seem to be taking quite as much out of them. They have more in the tank for the run in.

  8. Still no accountability for Man City because "there are so many FFP charges to litigate" they say. Then break up the charges in to smaller groups and move forward with those. That's what is happening to Everton! Its like a new one comes up every 2 weeks for them so why are City getting away with it? Wreaks of corruption.

  9. I don’t like Man City, but let’s face it… they are head and🎉 shoulders above Liverpool, who have become a very average club, also, Man City, are hungry and capable, sorry, Man City will win the Premiership, and as m7ch as it pains me….. they deserve it….

  10. Lets all ignore and pretend that Liverpool were denied clear handballs against Chelsea, Luton, Brighton, Man U twice, Arsenal, Palace !
Lets all ignore 5 Liverpool players being sent off for NOTHING AT ALL with no similar sending offs repeated all season !

Lets ignore the fact that all you have to do is fall over near a Liverpool player and they award them a free kick
The Premier league the most fixed league since its start

  11. …it ain't about how hard you hit them. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward; how much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

  12. Of course liverpool have been overachieving. They’ve had their number 1 goal keeper, their number 1 chance creator and their most clinical finisher out for months. The fact that they are somehow still in the conversation with the injuries they have had plus an entirely new midfield is a testament to Klopp. He won’t be appreciated for what he has managed because of City’s dominance but he’s one of the greats. The second half against Palace is the first time they have had their first choice back 5 playing in over 4 months.
