  1. The fact he kept his explosiveness and dynamism when it comes to making runs is so important. So many players when they start getting goals and assists try to simplify their game into only involving themselves in key moves. Semenyo is able to pick the ball up from the halfway line and just do something random that the opposition don’t see coming, and when they do, his pace and power just gets him past them. Just look at the goal vs Liverpool where he was dribbling in and out on the counter, not just in a line and not driving out wide, and Liverpool had no idea until he got to the box and scored.

  2. I know it’s about Semenyo but Jaidon Anthony’s rise has been nothing short of spectacular. He was once the least paid player in the Prem for Bournemouth and now for a Burnley side destined to get relegated, he’s top 5 for G&A. And it’s not even just against the other clubs battling relegation, he’s scoring vs Man City and driving Burnley forward vs Liverpool.

  3. 8 + 2 assists is decent for a winger. Could get those assists up but that's good. This season his performance is better than decent. It's incredible so far. 8 goals in a season, those are Mount at Chelsea, Grealish at Villa numbers though they got about 5 to 7 assists and were important in the build up. 8 from a winger is superb but the likes of Salah being Generational make it seem inconsistent.
