Never knew Freddie Mercury was a referee
Why no video in this short?
Santos and palmeiras, in a final of a regional cup, a ref make a goal in the same way
Turkish league is not real😂
They now have a rule that if the ball touched the referee it's a drop ball
Things like these only happen against BeÅŸiktaÅŸ too.
Bro that referee really is MVP of the game 💀
Avarage Turkish match
In
I'm the rules referees aren't allowed to touch the ball it would of been a drop ball
The old rule said play had to carry on as 'the ref is part of the pitch' like if it hit a goalpost or a lump of snow 😂
It's the same reason the infamous 'Liverpool beachball goal' had to stand (look it up, it's nuts)
This happens in a brasilian game too
Sounds like FIFA refs for Argentina.
Refree to score ….5000 odds
In school and still in school I am that referee
Back in the days when the referee was counted as part of the pitch as opposed to a foreign body.
But of course this happened in Turkey.
As a BeÅŸiktaÅŸ fan, this hurts
Ahmet akçay 1
Antony 1
What do you mean he had no choice it should be a drop ball
Referees are neutral bodies.
Aio cill
If I know Turkish football well enough, the ref probably almost got killed a dozen times 😅
I could see this being disallowed if he was offsides idk the technicalities tho
No one:
Liverpool this season:
Why will this never happen again? Seems at least plausible.
Why not retake it😂
No VAR to check if he (referee) was offside. Sad😢
I remember once in my youth team we were playing this team the goalkeeper had just made a save he passes to me as the lb I dribble for a bit play it to the cam but then when the cam tries to pass it down the wing for the counter it bounces off the refs foot right onto the feet of the striker and since were countering or were there is no one in the box the team scores and we are one nil down because of a refs assist
Why did the ref not disallow the goal?
Why is there no referee before goal rule like theres a leg before wicket rule in cricket
200th comment
In 1983 in Brazil, a game between Palmeiras and Santos also had a goal "scored" by the ref…
gelse gelse beşiktaşın başına gelirdi zaten
"Forced to award the goal". Referees aren't actually forced to apply the rules by the book. The referee has every right to deny the goal. He could easily have used another rule (like the rule that states when a referee touches the ball the play stops??) to give a corner or something instead.
Yeah okay, with a single point lost. But what was the goal difference?
average galatasaray getting cup
where i can look the footage?
What was the ref doing in the Penalty area anyways.
