I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for this little sermon right here. Hearing it back in college made me really put my head down and work to get where I’m at. Now I have the job I’ve always wanted at the company I’ve always wanted to work for in a place I’ve always wanted to live. I’m an auburn fan but I’m glad we got to play against the best coach of all time every year. Great man Nick Saban is.

Why he dominated
It’s Sep 6, 2025. Man, I used to HATE Saban, as a lifelong Georgia fan it didn’t make any sense to me. We’d beat Auburn, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Missouri, Kentucky, and pretty much any other team we’d play by 25-40 points, year in and out. But then…..we’d run into this guy. Ole Nick saban. Best football coach west the Nile, and probably the best mental coach I’ll ever come accross. I used to ask why wouldn’t/couldnt/and didn’t ever beat Alabama. Now I see Kirby smart on the on the microphone, the way he speaks, as if guided by a great, almost a copy and paste of saban, and it shows everything we ever needed to know. 6 words to describe Nick Saban. discipline, effort, consistency, aggression, adaptability and leadership. It’s weird, everyone’s down on Alabama after the loss to fsu this past weekend, rightfully so. But sabans the only coach to ever instill a culture of greatness, no matter the circumstances or cards given, and come December, I believe Alabama will be in the thick of it with the rest of em, as they always are! Having say that, dawgs by 50 SIC EM!
Ole feller couldn't coach much once the one sided recruiting system got abolished. Bear could take his'n and beat yourn, or take yourn and beat his'n. Ole Nick hadda have the elite of the elite talent. Jest the way it is.
