  1. Without a doubt it was the draw with Crystal Palace was the killer. The whole team seemed more focused on boosting the goal difference than seeing out a 3-0 win. It was all corrected 6 years later winning our first in 30 years and winning it again last season. The sting of 2013/14 is long forgotten.

  2. What’s funny about this clip is that Mohamed Salah was still a Chelsea player, even though he became one of Liverpool’s most successful players. Sterling was still playing for Liverpool, despite eventually becoming one of Manchester City’s most prolific attackers.

And Coutinho was still a nightmare for Manchester City, even while wearing an Aston Villa shirt in the 2021 season.

  3. That very same season, City v Liv at the Etihad saw the referee rule out a fully onside Raheem Sterling goal. Liverpool lost that game 2-1 and eventually the title by 2 points.

  4. Banter Arsenal all you want, but this is a God-leve tier bottling too, Liverpool somehow managed to lose the title after beating a Man City side who lost some points even after that game

  5. Mad how palace were the ones who basically took the title from Liverpool and gave it to city
And the same thing can happen this season with arsenal (if city win at Bournemouth)
