    The whole structure of the club is tied to leadership, all the initial steps go from there, and everything that happens to football players and coaches is a consequence of this. When does a team become uncontrollable? – Then when the structure is broken, nothing changes from year to year, since there is no progress in leadership that would give a revolution, like the Germans in 2006. This is a clear example that everything comes from the leadership and how they manage everything. They decide everything, and if there was a balance in terms of money, and in the fact that you need to attract young people, and the coach would be the highest point of the club as in the City, where Guardiola is the most important, then the result would appear, because the structure of the club would be tied to the fact that the coach is both king and god. And the fact that the players behave wrong, and the coach can not cope with it, this is the initial problem of the leadership!

    play griez in right striker position and suarez in left striker position and messi in cam..he can have whatever freedom he want but need to say in his position and dont intercept with the position of other player and not moving into their area to dictate the play by being out of position beacuse it will create confusion.. while attaking we almost have jordi and nelson in left midfielder and righ midfielder or a little up front position so passes can always be interchanged with them..if griez drop little back to supporting striker position on right side then he can exchange passes with nelson and messi can be involved from cam position by slightly moving to right side letting spaces for nelson and griez..regarding midfield we will need trio of vidal busquet and dejong..de jobg on right side of central midfield since moving upfront when nelson is staying back we need to have someone who can regularly exchange pass with griez..vidal cant do that playing in rt midfield position..we need to ensure that messi dont get all the ball from midfield by playing de jong in right with his dominant feet being right naturally he will have tendency to move ball to right flank where nelson or griez can receive ball..this will also help to draw defender out of position..trio of messi dejong and griez can have diamond in right central attacking region with nelson free on far right flank..playing de jong on left and vidal on right means depriving griez of any good ball. also with vidal on left cental mid means he can have straight run into the box with messi or alba supplying him the lob through..messi in cam can also help him playing near jordi..so they can form the diamond with vidal going up front or suarez seeking one two with messi…defensively de jong and vidal have to play box to box with busi as holding mid..i think they both are capable of..if opponent go on counter attack we can have 3 player as defender on lenglet pique and busquet with vidal and dejong quickly regrouping..to play with more attacking player we can slot coutinho in vidal place in left central mid position but he will need to be industrious in his work rate like riqui puig..if he know his place then i can very much see countinho supplying ball to griez..but never the less with vidal dejong and busi supporting messi as cam can be very much effective strategy..just letting have messi the freedom and depriving griez of game time will not push club in right direction and will be the repitition of same mistake over and over again by being one dimentional and depending on messi and not evolving…football can be playing in the presence or absence of messi and we certainly do have players to play as such we just need to evolve.

    This is starting to be a joke. Poor Barcelona FC, being ruined by dumb rich people, just like everything else in the world. I pity the current players having to go through all this.
