I don't see Wirtz as realistic in January, but I do see Wirtz as a potential long-term replacement for KDB, he's that good. Im saying that, I'm not a City fan and so I don't want City to sign him.
At this point i dont see why any player of good quality would want a permanent move to city due to their situation with the 115 charges. There are a strong possibility that city will be relagated and if they will be found guilty its more than fair to exclude them out of all professional football. Im talking League 2.

There are 2 main reasons why City are struggling so much:
1) No fit defensive midfielder. Even when Rodri was out, City were still winning because Kovačić filled in role to a high standard. Rico Lewis cannot play there because he plays too safe and cannot control games due to poor passing/poor decision making.
2) Injuries at the back. Most defenders are injured or have just come back from injury. Walker, in particular, looks completely finished after his most recent injury.
There are other reasons but these are main 2.
They are not close to Real Madrid man united as a brand . Stop talking bullshite
