Of course Chelsea is going to play the best team. Champions League is one week away and Aston Villa with nothing to play for won't risk playing an explosive game to risk the players getting into serious injuries just to spoil Chelsea's party.
Chelsea already lost the FA Cup, finishing top 4 is imperative to save the season. It's stupid to think Aston Villa will even match Chelsea's desire or ability to win.
