As a Jets fan I can attest that Saleh had a few things working against him in NY: Was forced to start Zach Wilson from the first game. He hired a decent potential OC in Mike LaFleur but after a miserable first season had to fire him. I thought he’d put together a good staff but Greg Knapp, the guy who was brought in specifically to tutor Wilson died before he could even coach him. He had a terrible owner who fired him way too impulsively. Just bad luck, a bad QB, and horrible ownership. I believe in him.
As a Tennessee Titan fan we made the wrong choice this coach has never developed any quarterback anybody on offense at all he has anger issues in 2 years will be looking for a new coach and put our development of our Young quarterback behind I'm sorry but competition in the AFC South is pathetic we should have did it right this time once again we continue to make the same mistake over and over and over yes I'm a very loyal fan but how many times you got to get hit in the mouth
The past 2 years, Sean Payton and Mike McDaniel didn’t want Zach Wilson to even see the field. He was 3rd string to Nix and Stidham and got bypassed in favor of a 7th round rookie in Miami after Tua got benched. But yeah ESPN, it’s all because Robert Saleh ruined him.

Zach Wilson got to work with Mike McDaniel in Miami. Still isn't good enough to be a second stringer in Denver. Says more about Wilson than Saleh.
