Jason Sudeikis plays Ted Lasso, a small-time college football coach from Kansas hired to coach a professional soccer team in England, despite having no experience coaching soccer.
In addition to starring, Sudeikis serves as executive producer, alongside Bill Lawrence (“Scrubs”) via his Doozer Productions, in association with Warner Bros. Television and Universal Television, a division of NBCUniversal Content. Doozer’s Jeff Ingold also serves as an executive producer with Liza Katzer as co-executive producer. The series was developed by Sudeikis, Lawrence, Joe Kelly and Brendan Hunt, and is based on the pre-existing format and characters from NBC Sports.

The trailer does not do justice to this series! It is not about football but it has so much more substance and growth and dont get me started on the characters <3 So much love for this. We rewatch it at least twice a year (if you loved this, go watch Shrinking)
I just finished watching this masterpiece. When I realised there was only three seasons I was devastated. Then I saw you are making season four. Yay! jumps up and down This program gives me hope. Thanks to all the guys and girls that are in on this. ❤❤

This series is the best ever! It reminds me to live more calmly and naturally, to enjoy whatever is happening, and to stay true to a more peaceful, humble version of myself. Where can I vote or sign some kind of petition for more seasons? Please let me know if there's a way! Even if future seasons aren't exactly tooo great like the previous ones, I’ll still be happy to watch. <3
It's been raining heavily all weekend here is Sydney, Australia, just finished the entire series. Ted is a guy with class, he is never mean to people who deserve it, he drops bomb of wisdom, He has this sort of columbo-golden retriever going for the first season, then settles into the back in season 2 and mostly let's his affect speak for itself.
I’ve watched season 1 episode 1 and 2, and tbh I think this series might be cooking, especially by the guy who plays Ted Lasso, who also voices Red in the Angry Birds movies

I finished the first 2 seasons in less than a week then I regretted it, I just finished the third and I was stalling every episode, the last episode took me like 4 days to watch, I couldn't say goodbye 😢 but on the bright side I screamed the whole last episode my mom almost got a heart attack because she never hear anything from me, but the whole show I was screaming and laughing out loud I didn't believe I could be this amused 😭 The last episode (and the whole show) was just perfect!
This show latterly raised the bar for me and I don't know if I could find another show on the same level. Simply, a Masterpiece!
I just completed it and I am crying i am very sad it's brokens my heart i wish i had these movements in my life i wish i was sport person but I am a normal man bankrupt depressed not happy life at all i feel very sad after watching this show i feel like they stole something from me I was very attached to this show
