Great listen! I have a head coach at a 7a school in Alabama. I only have about 1/2 boys playing club in the offseason. I just lost 11 seniors this past season, this year will be a full rebuild season.
The rules he is talking about are not the same for HS across the country. I'm just next door to GA and we used to have a similar rule to his 4 man rule but it changed recently and instead we have an allowance of two hours of ball work a week in the off season and then we start full training in mid January just like GA.
