Martinique & Guadeloupe:
-Both are French overseas departments, i.e. integral parts of France, thus neither is part of FIFA
-Both have populations of 400-500k, far greater than all the other Lesser Antilles (who have pops in the 10k-200k range) except Trinidad; also the lack of British influence means they care more about football than cricket
-Both lost all their games at the 2021 Gold Cup, despite scoring a goal in each game
-Both somehow received 2 straight reds in their final group games =P
