Best season for worldies ever. There was easily 3-4 worldies every week in this season
The game back then had more energy, better production and commentary, louder crowds and better superstars.. it’s completely sanitised today, too political and ruined by things like Var..
Teams rarely try shots from distance nowadays. Has to be something with the ball but football was just more entertaining back then.
