Well its nice for the Lions to be recognized as one of the best teams. Been waiting for this my entire life. But they have serious issues on the D side of the ball, namely injuries again. This team just can't seem to stay healthy and we all know defense wins championships. Unless they get healthy and become a lock down defense I dont see them winning the SB regardless of their potent offense. SB windows dont stay open forever and I'd like to see them prove me wrong.
Sure, there's Gibbs, Montgomery, Goff, St. Brown, LaPorta. But the offensive line is just unbelievable. They're the reason Gibbs and Montgomery have gigantic holes to run through. They're the reason Goff can sit back in that pocket, eat a sandwich and drink a glass of milk … then then throw a completed pass.
Going to see Detroit play the Vikings in three weeks. Can’t wait. From Alabama to Detroit! I seen Gibbs play college in Tuscaloosa. Now traveling to Detroit to watch him play there. Go Lions.
