The game is completely gone. A red card for a trip, it was a dirty scummy foul but never a red card ffs.
Nice to see a few more fsns in the stsnd for Longford, the club should be doing more to connect with the community and schools.
They should also put free buses on to the ground from the town.
That, Cork and Rovers are the only all-seated soccer stadiums in the loi so it should have more fans.
Well done Longford great win.

Longford go down to 10 men and still manage to increase their lead. Dundalk were given a great opportunity by the Cobh result Friday night. Longford were in 9th place before kickoff and they outplayed the league leaders. That performance from Dundalk youād have to question if they want to win the league at all. Not to single anyone out but Peter Cherrie needed to hang up the gloves long ago. Some terrible decision making and positioning. Itās not the first bad performance heās had this season and itās not the first time heās cost the club points. Defenders obviously know they canāt trust him which only makes them nervous and disrupts the whole team.
Whoever finishes 2nd in this league donāt look strong enough to win the relegation/promotion playoff to get into the premier division. Whoever finishes first in the league, unless they do a complete overhaul of their squad in the winter will just come straight back down next year because they arenāt racing to the finish line of the first divisionā¦theyāre falling towards it.
Just never a red though is it
Imagine Cobh werenāt bottlejobs last few weeksā¦..
Oh sweet Jesus š¢
Well done Town. Galway fan
