If you don’t look at the standings, you can’t say that the leader played with the team that ranks penultimate in the Western Conference. Kansas City played on equal terms with RSL, but that evening the heavens were not on their side. (Russell missed a penalty and a second chance when Thommy hit the post in the 95th minute).
