Brilliant , I used this for my U17 , great pre season drill, my only thing is when you blow the whistle , the first thing anyone does is stop , I’ll shout change or switch as in switch of play , any way you have helped me through my 12 years of coaching and hopefully be going for my UEFA B licence

I’m confused on who runs? Does the guy in the middle run sprints if he can’t stop the passes? Whoever is in the middle at the end of the 30 seconds?
