Hi Shaun big fan of your work , I manage and under 16 team who are actually quite successful but have certain players who lose there patience at each other and argue I have tryd many normal team bonding techniques along with stricter punishment techniques but hasn’t seemed to work , when I took up coaching I said I would never turn my back on a player for his faults but try and help and teach no matter what that fault is , any guidance is hugely appreciated 👍
