This is a great video for sure but if I may put in simple form for others who are watching it behind the screen. In defending the ball from your opponent as a team you should open the field to give space, pass & move to set up again & gain control of the game. In not having the ball the team should close in on players to mark them & as a result, the other team will be pressured causing them to lose control , bad passes, no talking etc. remember to always stay on the man you are marking when your team does not have the ball. Creates less chances for the other team
