What do you think of improve your soccer skills using Episoketren System? I see many people keep on speaking about Episoketren System.
What are some ways to improve your soccer technique? I read lots of superb reviews on the internet about how exactly Episoketren System can help you improve your soccer game. Has anyone tried this popular training program?
Does Episoketren System really help to improve your soccer skills? I have learn a lot of good stuff about this popular training course.
If red player 1 passes to red player 2 and defender 2 decided to press the play, player 3 should read the game and assess whether to press closer to his player or not. My opinion would be to shut down and make that little area as tight as possible. A ball over the top would be very difficult if blue player 2 gets tight, but a sideways pass to red 3 wouldn't be and if you're allowing space you risk them getting a shot away.
Guys, improve your football skills does not need to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a training program called Zumlaxoc Training Program (do a search on google). Seriously, thanks to Zumlaxoc Training Program I have improve my soccer skills. I probably should not even be mentioning it cause I don't want a bunch of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I'm in a good mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.
Hey! Thanks for this useful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Zumlaxoc Training Program (do a search on google), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you considered this soccer training known as Zumlaxoc Training Program? I have heard many amazing things about it.
LOOOOOOLLLL so boring
to help with this practice would be to add or retreat one of the forwards to stay behind the other attackers to which they can use for support and to create gaps in the defence as they would move up giving oppitunity for the forwards to switch the play from left and right and maybe create a through ball over the top making sure the timing of runs aree perfect
For a video demo on the topic of FORCING PLAY along with many other coaches views on when you should force inside or outside in goolge search for "FORCING PLAY INSIDE OR OUTSIDE" in position #1 click on my Blog
Teenspirit1009 – The topic is on switching play, not defensive line or positioning.
But if you're going to consider defensive body shape in this video topic which again focuses on SWITCH PLAY, then there is no WRONG or RIGHT when forcing play inside or outside but depends on the system of play you use, you players, the oppponent(s) playing against and current game situation.
@teenspirit1009 U r a moron buddy
@teenspirit1009 i totally agree i saw that too
teenspirit1009, Not sure you noticed but the topic is about switching play not defending.
I did not bother too look at the rest of the video so young coaches watch out! this might not be accurate.
1:16 mins. The defense is positioned badly. If attacker 2 send a thru pass to attacker 3 through defenders 2 and 3 blue team is history. Defender 3 should have never move closer to forward, he is supposed to stay back or back up covering the space. You are missinforming with this one Buddy.
Excellent work.
