    3:24 Just so you know the coach is the reason why Isagi can't play well in blue lock because of his coach only Isagi had to seal his ego to be a team player the coach wouldn't let him play if he scored a goal by himself so he was forced to be a team player. And also the coach debuffed Isagi's physical abilities so that he can't out shine the other players

    btw japan just won over germany wearing the shirt he wore in 4:02, it was a collab for the design by the national team and the author of the blue lock manga, AND THEY REALLY WON OMG

    If you would like to watch a more realistic version of Football anime, watch Ao Ashi it’s just as good as Haikyuu and very similar, it’s the most accurate representation of the sport interms of anime and Manga, Blue lock is great though but i prefer Ao Ashi since it’s a more accurate depiction and the story writing is better.

    This is basically squid game meets football, as they are prisoners as well locked together in blue lock and out of 300 players only 1 will will come up on top. The savagery and carnage that will ensue I guarantee you will not be ready.

    You would love Ao Ashi (in case you haven't watched it) it's also a 2022 football anime that shows a more realistic aspect of the sport (tactics, coaching, football psychology, teamwork…)

    I really like the duality between "teamwork" and "selfish". It is true that teamwork has its fruits, but it is also true that every team needs that person who WANTS the leading role, the one who appears when others doubt, a scorer. We see it in current football in figures like Mbappe or Haaland, just as we saw it in the past with Pele, Maradona, Cristiano Ronaldo, among others.

    You can also use that example in sports like basketball, where people like Michael Jordan or Kobe are the selfish ones who led their teams to glory.
