Hi I hope you can help because in my training I’m trying to work on using my left foot some more getting quicker footwork and also getting faster which is quite hard as I’m not the biggest fan of running outside of football ⚽️ ❤❤

I have a comp team that I “coach” with Players that want to play professionally (or at least in college) I share your videos occasionally to show them the commitment and the work that it takes to “make it” one day. These Specific drill videos are very helpful for the parents of those players so they can work on it at home too
