Hey! Thank you for this useful video. By the way, I hear lots of people keep on talking about Zumlaxoc Training Program (just google it), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you tried using this football program called Zumlaxoc Training Program? I have heard some incredible things about it.

Excellent drill used it a number of times just when the lads thought they had got hold of it I put another ball into the equation with excellent results.
would have been a great drill for me if my coach actually told us the whole purpose of this drill lol
This is a great drill. Lots of fun for the kids. We make a game of it. Every time they successfully switch the ball from Zone 1 to Zone 2 they get a point. For the dude that's confused below, think of it like volleyball and the neutral zone is the net…you get 3 passes between your own team before you clear it over the net.
I've been watching football (soccer) for years and even I'm confused. You should really try and stick to two teams on the field rather than three.
