This attacking overloads session develops an understanding of when to pass and when to dribble and teaches players the principles of fast-break counter-attacks.
This challenging opposed practice encourages players to play with a quick tempo, to make clever movements and to break lines i.e. try to get beyond the defender. It also tests players’ decision-making as they are challenged to make the most of an overload situation.

How effective is Episoketren System? We've noticed many awesome things about this popular training program.
Okay for defence try poking your legs too deep inwards of the thighs of the offender
Omg
Do you disregard offside in this drill to encourage the attackers to get in behind those defenders?
Used this with my under 8s last Sunday and it really helped. Thanks for sharing this
