If this was a man.. he would be treated VERY, VERY differently. most likely even being incarcerated awaiting trial. You're basically saying that she's responsible for this no matter what he did. So basically he could literally blackmail her & she would be 100% to blame.
The kid exchanged messages with her, but sure it's 100% her fault. Well she's the adult although he's a teen not an infant who doesn't know right from wrong.
So basically by that logic a teen would be an infant even though they could rob a bank & so on.
I don't think that the kid was innocent in this either because usually when stuff like this happens, it's usually the underage guy who pursues the adult females.
