43-year-old Mario Edgardo, an undocumented migrant, has been charged with murder in the death of a 13-year-old boy and with sexually assaulting another teenager. Oscar Omar Hernandez, 13, was reported missing after visiting his soccer coach, according to police. His body was found last week on the side of a road in Southern California.
