A soccer coach has been charged with murdering a 13-year-old boy who was found dead last week in Oxnard, along with assault to commit a lewd act involving a 16- year-old boy last year. Mario Edgardo Garcia Aquino, 43, is set to be arraigned Tuesday in a case in which he could potentially face the death penalty.
