First of all, how can you coach soccer in any community without a background check? That means you have to have an ID and a history in this country to work with children be around kids do anything with them right or wrong? So what is the state of California doing to protect their children from predators? Here were we live in Indiana you have to have a background check to do anything that pertains to children anything. If you wanna chaperone a field trip, you have to have a background check done.
