A soccer coach in California is accused of killing one of his 13 year old players. Oscar Hernandez, 13, was reported missing by his family on March 30. His body was later found in a ditch. Investigators believe the boy’s coach, Mario Edgardo Garcia-Aquino, an undocumented immigrant, killed the teen. Garcia-Aquino was previously accused of sexually assaulting minors. The parents should be held accountable as well for child endangerment. A child his age should never be allowed to take the train alone. There is no reason for a child to be alone with anyone including family.
