Really don't think that's a pen. At least, it wouldn't be in the Prem (see Amad's "handball" against Forest that wasn't given). Yeah, the dude's hand was above his head and it had no reason to be, but the ball was deflected off of Gabriel's head, onto his back, and then onto his hand. Seems a bit harsh. I thought the rule was that if the ball was deflected off of a body part onto the hand, then it's not a handball. Or does the hand's "unnatural" position override that? Who knows! 😂
