Intentional but hand ball
This is a problem to determine whether the player kept the hand deliberately or not! Physically it is impossible to move out quickly when your body is in motion and becomes stationary abruptly for few seconds! Body mechanics and laws of physics! Fifa needs to draw better rules for such handballs. It was not deliberate from the above two technical standpoints and it should remain like that irrespective of who is the player/ and from which team! It will take away the charm of soccer- dribbling skills, power of sprint alongwith with the ball control, accurate passes etc! Especially it will be detrimental to the artistic and skillful soccer the latin America countries play!

I believe FiFa made a mistake when they complicated the handball call specially now that we have VAR, leave intention out of it, if it hits a players hand for any reason accidentally or not which has to be interpreted and therefore the human element is further introduced, because even with bar you are only switching from the ref on the field’s interpretation in real time, to the interpretation of whoever is running the VAR yet they still have to interpret for intention, they get it wrong all the time, which means they can favor a team at will, the way to minimize this is to make any contact with the arm or hand, automatically a handball!
