Kevin De Bruyne is a good player but he is not a leader….remember LFC was one point short of the title last season and they came back to win Champions league, UEFA Super Cup, Club World Cup and Premier League….this effort needs a leader….a leader like Hendo who is an epitome of a leader….
Henderson benefits from being on a good team. The guy in white is smoking crack, Henderson passes backward and sideways mostly. His forward passes seem like prayers. Naby is better, Fabinio is better.

If Rambos reasoning is applied then Yaya and KDB should have won the award for the 2013/14 and 2017/18 seasons respectively. They may not have scored as many goals as Suarez and Salah, but their performances won City the title.

they absolutely rigged it if it wasn't already PFA is about individual performance not team performance i can understand that Henderson is a great team player but i still think KDB got robbed cause he's wearing blue with 16 assists and 20 goals leveling with a whole henry in 2006 i get why henderson is a great team player once again but you got the best attacking 3 in the world and the best defence in the world he's gonna look better but even without that i think prem is rigged and love Man u and Liverpool

These FPL guys are absolutely delusional!!! I cannot take them seriously anymore. I mean seriously….. All of their arguments are based on the fact that Liverpool won the league and basing on thier arguments, Kompany should've won it the PFA POTY 4 times. The Man United fan makes so much more sense (except maybe the Fred point) and them combined cannot give a valid justification to his arguments. Sorry since when are these Sentimental awards.. Come on… Ball n Dor has never been given to the 'captain of the year' ' hard worker of the year' 'most enthusiastic player of the year'. Then this award can go to anyone. Also Ferandinho did the same role for Man City last year and who won PFA? Henderson would n't make it into City team. Kevin de Byrne would make it into every team, barca and Madrid!

My choice is Mane > KDB > VVD > TAA> J.H.
Yes, J.H is an average player who has exceptional qualities ( leadership, industry, influential etc), but he isn't an OUTSTANDING player in that Liverpool team. Give VVD the arms band and he'd do just a similar job as J.H has done.
