  1. Its a shame Saka has now decided to add this to his talent. It will sure tarnish his image and morals.

I hope his PARENTS and Arteta are honest with him and call him to order.

I have lost a bit of respect for him bcos of this silly trick

  2. Between Nuer and Saka, who was going in the direction of the ball? What was Nuer's leg doing on the way? If that incident happened outside the box a freekick could have been given, yes?

  3. Firstly, if Saka is shown not to fall before contact was made on him, then that’s all that is required. This is not a decision on whether the foul is a yellow or red. That would have the principle of intent on it and the referees interpretation. If the law of the game says a situation is open to interpretation then it’s on the referee but if the laws of the game say a specific criteria and that is displayed, then it’s the referees duty to implement the correct decision as stated and defined by the game. I love futbol as much as the next guy and I’m not an Arsenal fan in the slightest to defend them but knowing the rules makes all the difference.

  4. When VAR not re-judging referee's origninal decision it's correct decision of the ref.
If VAR did their job with checking this again it could be different but it was original ref's decision so there was not any chance of VAR to recommend different solution. So it's right decision.
Also his decision has been immediate, so no chance to VAR to do something with this..

  5. Am i the only one who sees manual sweep his right leg slowly? He's an exp gk, he knows exactly what he's doing! When i saw that that changed my mind that it should've been a pen. & worse is ref not checking, if they check & decide no, fine, because its a close call, but to not look is a disgrace

  6. This is not a penalty???
What is the difference between Neuer challenge and Saliba’s little tiny touch of Sane (I think)???????
If anything, Saka’s was more of a penalty than Sane’s.
And yes, Gabriel’s handball was a penalty and Harry Kane should have been sent off for deliberately elbowing Gabriel.
I thought the occasion just overwhelmed the referee and it was unaccepted that for none of these four decisive moments, he didn’t go to the screen and watch them and make a decision himself, rather than leaving it for the VAR people to decide.

  7. Bro this is a penalty 😂. Whether saka put his leg there or not doesn't matter, as long as he was taken down and there was unbelievably clear contact, i honestly don't know what this debate is about. Im not an arsenal fan, im actually a city fan, but bro this was a herrendous robbery. Arsenal deserved the win

  8. It’s a very tight decision, so it could have easily gone the other way on an other day.

That’s why I can’t complain. Last season we learnt that we can’t count on refs (that came out more than once to apologize for mistakes). If we don’t finish our meal in play like our second goal or while forcing a mistake like our first, then we’ve got ourselves to blame.

If that exact pen scenario happened at Brighton after 3-0 no one would be talking about it.

We’ve gotta keep finishing our meals ourselves and stop counting on decisions cause refs can make mistakes.

  9. Clear penal!!! Just cuz saka put his leg where neures leg is doesnt mean that it wasnt a penalty. Neuers leg is extended, therefore it shouldeve been given

  10. Its weird but I still think Neuer put his leg out and went for the ball. And missed it. And it does look like Saka pulled his leg out but I think he did that because he was switching to the left side so his leg has to go there. Slow motion reviews are terrible. It makes things look different every time. I know that most people think this was a dive but I don't think it was.
