  1. Greatest Serie A XI
    2000 onwards.

    Manager: Antonio Conte
    GK Buffon
    RB Zanetti
    CB Nesta
    CB Bonnuci
    LB Chiellini
    RCM Seedorf
    CM Pirlo
    LCM Kaka
    CAM Totti
    CF Shevchenko
    CF Cristiano

Some players like Chiellini and Totti out of position, but I think this is the best XI of the last 25 years. Maldini and Baggio prime was in the 90s.

  2. Serie A is not good since 2008. The stadiums are old. Seria A has no absolute World Class player anymore. Name me one? Stadiums are not full like in the 90ies. Players are always lying on the pitch and wasting time when it suites time. Also the arguing with the referee annoys me. Much more than in other leagues. Maybe Spain can compete for the first place for cheating and arguing with the referee. Also the pace of the game is slow and teams prefer to defend instead of playing more open and offensive. I fall a sleep when I watch Seria A games. I prefer to watch the Bundesliga because the play more open, offensive and score more goals. Also the stadiums are always full and the atmosphere is better than in Serie A. The Bundesliga is faster and more entertaining than Seria A. I want to see goals and fast pace games with old out stadiums with great atmosphere . That's something I don't get with Serie A. Premier league has fast pace but quite atmosphere like in a library or cemetery. To many tourist fans and old snops don't create a prober atmosphere in England.
The working class people can't afford tickets anymore in the UK. Kind regards and greetings from Australia.

  3. Peak only
    Buffon in so many version
    Cafu 2001
    Nesta 06
    Cannavaro 06
    Maldini 03

Pirlo any version will do but 06
    de Rossi 12 nedved 03
    Kaka 07

    Shevchenko 05
    Totti 01

  4. So many low iq comments not understanding it's not all time only the declining era of post 2000 or 99
If we talking about the whole 25 years I would argue marchisio and dybala should be here and chiellini absolutely should be
If longevity over peak is a criteria for the 25 years

  5. Best Serie a XI (2000-2025)
    Last 25 Years

    GK – Buffon 🇮🇹

    RB – Cafu 🇧🇷
    CB – Nesta 🇮🇹
    CB – Maldini (c) 🇮🇹
    LB – Zanetti 🇦🇷

    REGISTA – Pirlo 🇮🇹
    CM – Gattuso 🇮🇹
    CM – Seedorf 🇳🇱
    CAM – Kaka 🇧🇷

    ST – Shevchenko 🇺🇦
    ST – Totti 🇮🇹

  6. Serie A is not the same since the 2008 financial crisis. Not even close to being the most dominant league. Back in the 80s, 90s and early 2000s, the best league on the planet by far.

  7. R9 is the greatest but If it’s 2000-2025
    Most iconic player is Totti
    Best coach is ancelotti
    Best team is Inter Milan

    Forza Inter
    Merda Juve (cheaters)

  8. I am so sick of people romanticizing Mourinho’s Inter like it was some kind of tactical masterpiece. It wasn’t football—it was a crime against the sport! The man’s entire philosophy was built on suffocating the life out of the game. He didn't just play defensive; he literally tried to break football itself. Why on earth would any fan of the game want to sit through that garbage, let alone praise it? It’s an insult to everything that makes football beautiful.

  9. Buffon
    Cafu
    Nesta
    Baresi
    Maldini
    Pirlo
    Seedorf
    Totti
    Del Piero
    Pippo Inzagi
    Baggio

R9 didn't do enough for me in serie A in longevity to make the 11 but my favourite 11 he would get in.
