  1. That ravens seahawks game was the first time in a long time i felt genuine dread watching a football game. From the very beginning of that game it was clear Pete was completely outclassed by their d, i dont think ive ever felt so hopeless as a hawks fan, not since the aughts did i feel that way. I knew Macdonald was gonna be a legendary head coach right then and there.

  2. When he mentioned wanting to be “on the cutting edge” with his coaches, I thought: Please God pick a Great CUTTING EDGE OC to replace Kubiak. We have had NO good OCs since before 2012. In fact, they have SUCKED! So, I HOPE the one he chose has a Cutting Edge OC Mind, and not just a decent guy who was already in the building (I know, he got the SF Guy, I’m just saying I HOPE he got the Mike McDonald version of an OC)

  3. Same reason why they signed Sam Darnold. The Vikes beat the Seahawks in 2024 and Geno Smith couldn't get it done. Darnold ripped up the Seahawks' defense.

  4. I can’t be more thankful that my Seattle Seahawks have Mike Macdonald and John Schneider at the helm. These guys are fucking STUDS

  5. I’m not a Seahawks fan but I think I really like this coach so I will probably start rooting for his success as long as he’s not playing against my team.

  6. That’s a weird thing in this day and age. I remember jimmy Johnson saying when he went to Dallas he didn’t have a contract for about a month, probably more common back then.
