  1. It was Guardiola and the Barcelona PR machine, the media darlings and messi good guy persona, they fooled the entire world, this tiki taka is a myth, Barcelona dominated for a few years, but other teams have won European titles and humiliated barcelona in the process, pep then went to a treble winning Bayern team , trying to bring that stupid passing style, only to get embarrassed by Real Madrid straight forward style over and over again, as soon as pep saw his fraudulent style was being found out, he got out of there, went to unlimited funds gold digging his way to the premier league and unlimited money got him the best players, now he keeps pushing the myth that you need possession to win.

  2. You cant blame pep for that, pep has his own style that he need his player to follow, if you know he’s not suitable for german style, bayern management is the one you should blame before pep, they brought him into bayern.

  3. You can't copy a genius and expect it will work the same way. Guardiola looks at his players, his vision and adept when needed. If you copy him, you will always be one step behind the original if you even can reach that.

  4. Guardiola is a great fraud, his teams need an easy league, helped by several other teams give-ups since the early of the season, then He needs several very good players and then He needs the other team being totally tired… when such a thing not happens, We can see some things as the final match from the last FA Cup where United beat'em. if Tiki Taka was useful, what happened when Inter di Milano defeated Barcelona at 2010 champions league match?

  5. Every National tram has his DNA and is difficolt to change it (but not impossible).
In my country ( I'm italian) we always have seen Italy win with 3 big elements:

Great keeper, best defenders, nice group. And we won a lot and also lost but it worked.
    We are not Spain…
I think is the same for Germany, Brazil and others.
Lose your identity could make confusion.

  6. It's odd to partially blame the downfall of the German national team but by the same token not credit him "partially" with winning the World Cup. The main reason for the downfall was keeping the same ciach fir too long without "developing" or "improving" the style to the point where it became stagnant and almost dead. Joaquim Loew had to leave right after winning the WC and that has been the case of most coaches of the Manschaft where the coaches would not linger much.
    Leave Guardiola out of it.

  7. Germany won WC 2014 bcz of Klopp's & Jupp Heynckes Style of Play that relied on mechanical superiority except it was well oiled & intelligent machine that focussed on maximising their strengths & understanding where to be efficient wrt energy usage as they were playing high pressing & physical game.

  8. Okay but what say about 2014? 🤔
For me this looks more about Basti being upset with Guardiola because he saw that Bastian wasn't more usefull after so many injuries and the spanish coach was right. I am a big fan of Schweinsteiger, one of my favorite players, but he couldn't delivery your best in the last years of his career.

  9. I'm Brazilian and yes it's the same shit that happened to us. He fucked everything up. There are no specialists in the field anymore. Just a jack of all trades that haven't mastered anything but running.

  10. Pep has completely changed the way the game is played at top levels. It can obviously work at international level because it worked for Spain but I guess it's not for everyone.

  11. As a neutral I still support Germany these euros because Gundogan Musiala Kroos play the most beautiful football team play. But I agree with Sweiny too

  12. People need to understand… pep is killing football. I don’t even put pep in my top 10 best managers ever. You could’ve put a doughnut in charge or all the clubs he has manages and get the same results. He picks the best teams of the best leagues to go and coach. When he gets there he destroys creativity, controls players and stifles growth. You’ll see in the long run he is bad for football. I believe he is a pure narcissist. More of these stories will come out how he damages places but people won’t see it until he has left those places.

  13. jupps treble winning bayern which also made up the core of the WC winning squad matched up extremely well against possession based teams.

madrid and barca both got shat on by german teams in the CL semis that year because of their style. high press high tempo and being efficient with few touches and passes.

the pep comes in, sure he starts destroying league teams because they have lower quality.

but come big cl matches we lost to the exact style that jupps squad was playing.

time and time again we got beat on the counter or a high press turn over.

the same thing is happening at man city. they walk the league, but they struggle in europe at the top end against clinical counter teams in namely madrid and psg.

sure they won one. but when they've got access to any player they want, just like Chelsea did under Mourinhos first run you're bound to win it eventually.

put pep in a team without infinite money or messi and his style will make that team worse.

bayern during peps era could've won the league without a manager due to the amount of legends there at the time.

if they had not sacked jupp or even just focused on a cl specialist manager it would've been historic in terms of results.

but Bastian is right. peps bs has infected football for the worse in most cases. now that klopp is retired theres a real lack of that german geigenpress style that took over the world in 2012 to 2014

  14. So blame Guardiola coaching Bayern is responsible for Germany playing bad ? Seriously did he coach every single team and influence the entire German FA ? This is ridiculous sorry to say seriously disappointed this is your evaluation

  15. That's rubbish. Guardiola made Germany win the world cup through Bayern Munich. Guardiola made Spain win the world cup and Euros through Barcelona…. please respect him. He's gone and Germany can't succeed.
