Two players with totally different style of play and position. Prime Henry was unstoppable and genius. However who ever thought of Salah becoming one of the greats by the end of this season (whether he sign new contract of not)!
We just don't need to be a Liverpool fan or an Egyptian or even an African to appreciate the greatness of Mohamed Salah.
Mo Salah is way better than Henry. Heβs smashed all of Henryβs records, and heβs done it playing fewer games. Henry used to score goals but he wasnβt good at assists. Salah? He does both, and he does them brilliantly. And hereβs the thing Salahβs still at the top of his game, even though half the players who were around during that Champions League winning season have left. Heβs the one carrying the whole team now, creating chances and scoring goals.
Honestly, Iβve never seen a player carry a team almost entirely on his own like this except for Messi, and after him, itβs Salah. Plus, look at Liverpool apart from Salah, Van Dijk, and maybe Alisson (whoβs not even at his usual level), there arenβt many big names. But Henry had many stars around him at Arsenal.
Bottom line? Salahβs the best player in Premier League history, hands down. Itβs just a matter of time before he breaks every record out there. Heβs got the best goal scoring ratio among the top scorers in the league how can you argue with that?

Mo Salah's goals definitely look better quality, but that obviously has a lot to do with better camera tech and higher resolutions these days.
I think itβs clear the quality of defending has improved a lot in modern times. I would say Henryβs pace and strike of the ball is was better but Salahβs solo goals and now the amount of assists heβs getting makes him clear by the end of the season in my opinion.

Only people who haven't watched Thierry Henry would compare Salah to him. Thierry is 10x better, it's not even funny.
I have not seen Henry, I was born in 2003 and I started watching football in 2014.. But from this video I think that goalkeepers and defenders had problem in previous years, which confirmed to me that football is now more difficult than ever before, and whoever can break the historical records now, I think that he will always be better, so I think that Mo is better than Henry, but I know that people will always lean towards the player who played in the past, and emotion will always move them to this feeling

The fact someone like Mo Salah is been put head to head with Thierry Henry it shows how wrongly for years the media & some people believe that Henry is the greatest player ever played in the premier league but the fact is heβs not. Personally if I have to give my vote goes to Dennis Bergkamp the classiest player ever to put a foot π¦Ά in PL & as an individual award he gets it.
