Roma suits and board thought they were them LOL. Mourinho told you he was working with a delicate situation and it was not easy to manage. But they thought they knew better and look at Roma now.
Ndicka was playing excellent under Mourinho. Smalliing was doing great under Mourinho too. Dybala was fire 🔥 under Mourinho, and Mourinho used free agents to get results. Then Casano sat in studio and talked rubbish and Roma leadership betrayed Mourinho and thought De Rossi would do better. De Rossi came and got results based on Mourinho work plus new manager's spirit. However, when the new season came, De Rossi actual work starts, and he got the reality check of his life. Roma should have stuck with Mourinho and let one or two bad seasons pass to build a better team. Instead the made the same choice as Man United and will keep building and building without getting anywhere so easily. What a shame.
