The defining fact of the past two seasons is the Management is the problem. A major issue at the top in this type of organizational structure will always make itself felt through all layers of the team. I think one other major factor is the absence of a true Milanese player as a leader on the squad. That could provide some resistance to the toxic culture promoted by the management.
